At MODREC, we strive to provide the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services. Please read this policy carefully. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

Service Not Provided: If MODREC fails to provide the agreed-upon services due to circumstances within our control, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Cancellation by Client: If you cancel the service prior to the commencement of work, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the terms outlined in Section 2.

Unsatisfactory Service: If you are not satisfied with the completed services, you may request a refund within 14 days of project completion. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the terms outlined in Section 3.

2. Cancellation Policy

Before Work Commences: If you cancel the service before any work has started, you may be eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid, minus any non-refundable expenses incurred (e.g., material purchases, custom orders).

After Work Commences: If you cancel the service after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued. The refund amount will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed and any non-refundable expenses incurred.

3. Unsatisfactory Service
If you are not satisfied with the completed services, you may request a refund within 14 days of project completion. The following conditions apply:

Inspection and Assessment: MODREC will conduct an inspection and assessment of the completed work to determine if it meets the agreed-upon standards and specifications.

Remediation: If the work does not meet the agreed-upon standards, MODREC will first attempt to rectify the issues at no additional cost to you.

Refund Decision: If the issues cannot be rectified to your satisfaction, a partial refund may be issued. The refund amount will be determined based on the extent of the unsatisfactory work and any non-refundable expenses incurred.

4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:

Custom Orders: Any custom-ordered materials or items specifically purchased for your project are non-refundable.

Labor Costs: Labor costs for work already completed are non-refundable.

Third-Party Services: Any services provided by third-party contractors or vendors are subject to their respective refund policies.

6. Processing Refunds
Once your refund request is received, we will review and process it within 14 business days. If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued using the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.
