Consultation and PlanningInitial Consultation: We offer an initial consultation to assess your property and discuss your transformation needs and goals.Proposal and Agreement: Based on the consultation, we will provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and cost. Upon agreement, a formal contract will be signed.Design and Planning: Our team will develop a comprehensive plan, including design concepts, material selections, and a project timeline.

Execution of ServicesProject Management: MODREC will assign a project manager to oversee all aspects of the transformation, ensuring quality and timely completion.Communication: We maintain open communication with our clients throughout the project, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.Quality Assurance: Our team conducts thorough inspections at each stage of the project to ensure all work meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

4. Client ResponsibilitiesAccess and Availability: Clients must provide access to the property as needed and be available for consultations and inspections.Personal Belongings: Clients are responsible for securing and protecting personal belongings during the transformation process.Decision Making: Timely decisions and approvals from the client are essential to maintain the project schedule.

5. Payment TermsDeposit: A deposit is required upon signing the contract to secure scheduling and materials.
Payment Schedule: Payments are typically structured in installments, corresponding to project milestones. The final payment is due upon project completion.Additional Costs: Any changes or additions to the original scope of work may result in additional costs, which will be communicated and approved by the client.

6. Damage and LiabilityFurniture and Fixtures: Clients are responsible for any damage to MODREC's furniture and fixtures used during the transformation. Compensation for damages will include the cost of repair or replacement, plus a sourcing fee of $100 per item.Insurance: MODREC carries liability insurance to cover any damages caused by our team during the transformation process.

7. Satisfaction GuaranteeFinal Walkthrough: Upon project completion, a final walkthrough will be conducted with the client to ensure all work meets expectations.Warranty: We offer a warranty on our workmanship and materials for a specified period, as detailed in the contract.

8. Changes to This PolicyMODREC reserves the right to update or modify this Transformation Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
